Radiation Safety and DEP Regulations - Online Course (This is an ongoing online course beginning June 15, 2011) OverviewThis course is targeted to comply with Commonwealth of Pennsylvania DEP CE requirements for those individuals who are certified to operate low-risk radiographic equipment. Once payment is received, each user will be given a unique username and password, which will be activated within 48 business hours after the registration and is valid for three weeks.Users can then go to the following link: http://depcourse.dental.pitt.edu When prompted with a user login screen, users should type the following as their user name, Dental\username (provided at time of registration payment), followed by their password on the next line (provided at time of registration payment). In the event of technical difficulties, such as an inability to log in, please contact support at 412-648-8544, or email us at cdihelp@pitt.edu. For a three week period the user will have unlimited access. At the end of the course, a simple ten question test is available to take. After successful completion of this test a certificate of completion assigning 2 credit hours can be printed for your records. This test can be taken unlimited times within the valid three weeks.
