This document explains how to subscribe to the CDI podcast from a computer or via a handheld device. Instructions are included to sync downloaded podcasts to any iDevice from a computer.

From the primary sync computer:

Step 1.	Make sure iTunes is installed. If not, install at http://www.apple.com/itunes
Step 2.	Go to http://www.tinyurl.com/PittCDIiTunes
Step 3.	A screen will say "Connecting to iTunes U". Please wait. Note: The program may ask permission to launch iTunes. Click accept, allow, or launch application.
Step 4.	iTunes will eventually display the CDI iTunes U site.
Step 5.	Click on "Subscribe Free" to subscribe. To download all, click on "Get All". To download individual podcast, click on "Get" to the right of the title.
Step 6.	Click on the iDevice in iTunes once it has been recognized.
Step 7.	Select "iTunes U", click "Sync iTunes U", then click "Apply" to the bottom right.

From the iDevice:

Step 1.	Open the purple iTunes App.
Step 2.	Tap on "Search" and enter in "Center for Dental Informatics".
Step 3.	Select the "Center for Dental Informatics" result.
Step 4.	Tap on "Get" to download a podcast.

To play on the iDevice:

Step 1.	Open the orange iPod App.
Step 2.	Tap on "Video" and select a podcast.
