To view this site, the following conditions must be fulfilled:

• Your screen resolution must be 800x600 or higher.

• You must use Netscape Navigator 4.0 or higher.

• JavaScript should be enabled to view the button roll-over effects.

• Because Netscape interprets some HTML tags in a slightly different manner from other browsers, the small navigation arrows may not always appear in the same place.  While this is an annoying circumstance, we currently do not have a fix for it, since the complete Web site is generated using a commercial help authoring tool.  However, we are working on remedying that problem.
