  • Normal and pathological suture morphogenesis and biology.
  • Bone tissue engineering and regeneration. Development of animal models for bone tissue engineering. Phenotypic variability and morphology in individuals with craniofacial anomalies. Evolutionary changes in the primate craniofacial complex.
  • Biological and cultural adaptations to extreme environments.
