Appointments can be scheduled by calling 412-648-8616 and in person at one of our scheduling desks.  Frequent instructor interaction with the students should be expected and will result in longer patient appointments.  The length of the appointment is dependent upon the patient’s oral condition and one to multiple 3-hour sessions may be required in order to adequately treat the needs of the patient.

Patients who are 18 years of age or younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian in order to receive dental care.  Please note that the Dental Hygiene Program does not have the facilities or staff necessary to supervise children while a patient is having dental treatment.  Children are prohibited from accompanying the patient into the patient treatment areas.

Please bring with you the name(s) and dosage(s) of any medications you are currently taking. Photo identification and all insurance information must also be brought with you. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow for registration.
