Information for Department of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics Patients
The Department of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics offers a full range of orthodontic services to patients from the greater Pittsburgh and surrounding area. The clinical faculty of ten orthodontists and fifteen orthodontic residents provide interceptive, comprehensive and multidisciplinary orthodontic care to patients of all ages. The clinical faculty members are experienced orthodontists who have completed a course of specialty training in orthodontics. They directly supervise the residents, who are dentists undergoing a three year course of study to become orthodontic specialists. Our orthodontists offer the following types of treatment:
