Overview

This e-learning case-based interactive module was developed to teach students about the importance of stepped care treatment.  The module also highlights the potential impact of dementia on pain processing as well as on aspects of pain assessment.  The module was developed by a team of eight experts in education, information technology, pain management, geriatrics, physical therapy, and palliative medicine.
