Our practice operates from a brand-new, 3,960 sq ft state-of-the-art facility featuring 9 active operatories with capacity to expand by an additional 5 operatories, creating an exciting environment for growth, clinical excellence, and long-term opportunity
Snapshot of the Role & Responsibilities
• Position: Associate Dentist (Full-Time)
• Schedule: 5 days/week minimum with option for 6 days/week
• Hours: Mon-Thurs 8:00am – 5:00pm | Fri 8:00am – 2:00pm | Sat 8:00 – 1:00pm
Compensation Highlights & Benefits
• $10,000 Sign on Bonus
• $2,500 - $5,000 Relocation Bonus (Discretionary based on Geographic Location)
• 35% of Gross Collections (Associate splits lab fees 50/50)
• Coverage: Malpractice + license / DEA reimbursement
• Health Insurance Stipend
• Continuing Education (Candidate choose focus: Implants, Endo, etc.)
Ideal Candidate Profile
• 1+ years of clinical experience (strong new grads considered)
• Comfort working efficiently with a full schedule
• Growth mindset and eagerness to expand skills, speed, and case acceptance
• Interest in long-term partnership with potential ownership pathway
Interview Process
• Initial conversation to confirm goals, clinical interests, and practice fit
• Paid working interview conducted over 2–3-week period (minimum of 2 days/ week in office)
• Final mutual decision and contract execution
