Professional Opportunity: Associate Dentist with opportunity to buy into practice

Established and well respected General Dental Practice is looking for an associate with possible purchase option. Located in Beaver County, Hopewell Township, 35 minutes from the City of Pittsburgh. Associate will see new patients and develope the treatment plan. Mentoring is available if desired, and both senior dentists would be available for collaboration on treatment plans if the associate dentists would like to bounce off treatment options.

Job Duties will include:

- Perform dental examinations and diagnose oral conditions
- Develop treatment plans and provide appropriate dental care
- Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and root canals
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive dental care
- Collaborate with dental hygienists and other dental professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using electronic systems such as Epic, Dentrix, or Eaglesoft
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education programs

Skills:

- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
- Valid state dental license
- Experience working with pediatric patients is preferred
- Proficiency in using dental practice management software such as Dentrix,

-Excelent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and staff
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
