Salary: $38 - $42/hour, depending on experience

Schedule: Full-time | Mon–Thurs 8:00am-5pm | Fri 8am-2pm | 1-2 Saturdays/month 8am-2pm
*Part-time availability will be considered, open to Fri & Sat availability
Focused on creating, enhancing and maintaining patient smiles, the Institute for Dental & Facial Aesthetics at Hazzouri Dental is a long-standing, luxury cosmetic practice family owned and operating since 1949. We offer a blend of advanced cosmetic, restorative and general dental services. We have an immediate need for a dynamic and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate will be a team player and have a calm and reassuring demeanor with exceptional communication skills.
Our practice is built on precision, aesthetics, discretion, and long-term patient relationships. We offer comprehensive cosmetic and restorative dentistry in a boutique, concierge-style setting. This is a relationship driven, excellence focused environment!
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Greet every patient with warmth and professionalism and build long-term trust.
• Perform thorough dental cleanings (including SRP) with attention to patient comfort.
• Conduct periodontal charting and monitor gum health for long-term outcomes.
• Utilize dental technology daily for digital x-rays.
• Apply preventive therapies such as fluoride, sealants, or remineralization agents.
Patient Education & Advocacy
• Educate patients on the link between oral health and full-body wellness.
• Personalize hygiene instruction based on each patient's lifestyle and goals.
• Support anxious or sensitive patients with calm and compassionate communication.
Team Collaboration
• Communicate clearly with doctors, assistants, and staff to ensure smooth patient experiences.
• Contribute ideas in team meetings and participate in ongoing education.
• Maintain a commitment to innovation and best practices in holistic care.
Clinical Support
• Keep detailed, HIPAA-compliant records.
• Ensure all instruments and operatories are properly sterilized and prepared.
• Track and order hygiene-related inventory as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
• 0-2+ years’ experience as a Registered Dental Hygienist (preferred).
• Registered Dental Hygiene license (required).
• Graduation from an accredited Dental Hygiene program (required).
• Current CPR and X-ray certification (required).
• Understanding and knowledge of HIPAA privacy rules.
