Dr. MaryJane Anderson serves as assistant professor in the department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine.
Dr. Anderson earned her doctorate in dental medicine from the University of Pennsylvania before going on to earn her doctorate in medicine from the University of Pittsburgh. She completed her residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery at the University of Pittsburgh. She joined the faculty at the University of Pittsburgh upon completing her training in 2022.
Dr. Anderson’s clinical interests include reconstruction of maxillofacial trauma, orthognathic and obstructive sleep apnea surgery, temporomandibular joint surgery, treatment of benign maxillofacial pathology, dentoalveolar and implant surgery, and ambulatory anesthesia.
