Resource Development
Identify funding and ensure sustainability.
Prioritization and Framework
Creates framework for all guideline work and develops a rubric for prioritizing the guidelines the coalition will focus on.
Interest-holder
Identify interest-holders across: people/public, providers, medical sector, payers, and policy/advocacy groups.
External Communications
Builds awareness of the coalition and supports visibility strategy.
Internal Organizing and Governance
Provides a decision making structure and internal communications for the coalition.
