Members of an expert panel that included representatives from the American Dental Association (ADA) Science and Research Institute, the University of Pittsburgh, and the University of Pennsylvania, cooperatively developed acute dental pain management guidelines to assist in managing acute dental pain for pediatric patients, adolescents, and adults.
