Job Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $140,000.00/year and a sign-on bonus Our established and state-of-the art, private dental practice is seeking a full-time Associate. Candidates will be working with a fun and highly skilled team on adults and children. Our busy office has been successful in providing high-quality general, pediatric, oral surgery, cosmetic and sedation dentistry. We wish to continue our success with the addition of an Associate who could be either new or experienced. This is an excellent opportunity to grow and flourish at a patient-centered practice under the mentorship of an experienced, MAGD-awarded dentist. Betar Dental has been serving our community in the heart of the Allegheny Mountains for over 57 years. Our private practice delivers all aspects of general dentistry, including restorative and cosmetic dentistry, root canal therapy, crowns and bridges, full and partial dentures, extractions, implant placement and restoration and oral surgery. Our facility is fully digital with the latest technology and equipment, including cone beam imaging, hard and soft tissue lasers, a 3D digital impression scanner and CEREC technologies. The position presents a mentoring relationship for someone who would like to establish themselves in a community and learn advanced dental procedures. You will be trained on all procedures ranging from restorations to completing complex full mouth rehabilitation. Friendly and highly skilled support staff deliver excellent patient care. The practice is the “go toâ€ for high quality dental care with referrals from GP dentists, pediatricians, school district nurses and the community. The fun, busy and child-friendly practice is booked out 6 weeks for restorative and 6-7 months for the active recall for hygiene. The office welcomes over 80 new patients a month with a mix of insurance, fee-for-service and Medicaid patient base. Everything about the practice is state-of-the-art. New equipment, new surgical suites/quiet rooms and recovery rooms for in-office sedation with dental anesthesiologists. The practice offers an efficient floor plan with 2 large surgical suites, 2 recovery rooms, 5 hygiene rooms, 2 sterilization rooms, a lab, an exam room, 2 waiting rooms and multiple offices. The practice uses Dentrix software. The upscale, modern facility occupies over 4600 square feet in a beautiful stand-alone building.
