General dentist needed for a modern, private practice. We are a high growth/high net practice in suburban Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. The practice started in 1984 at its current location and we recently renovated from a 9 operatory office to a state of the art 13 operatory office with 6 full time dentist operatories and 7 hygiene operatories. The practice is owned by the 2 senior dentists, Dr. Steven Grater (started with the practice in 1994) and Dr. Ryan Williams (started with the practice in 2014). We averaged 85 new patients per month in 2021 as we returned from Covid in 2020. We provide fee-for-service dentistry to a diverse group of patients. We stress quality care through complete examination and treatment planning. Our office is conveniently located off of Interstates 81 and 83, which was recently reconstructed for excellent traffic flow. We are equipped with digital radiography including a brand new, Carestream CS 8100 CBCT. Nitrous oxide analgesia, Fiber optic handpieces, rotary endodontics, Nobel implant delivery system and a soft tissue laser is available for you to practice with. You will be encouraged to practice in the style you choose and provide care and services that are right for your patients.
This position offers a commission of 35% of collections, with a guaranteed minimum of $100,000 for the first year while your practice is being established. Hygiene supervision compensation is also included.
