Our office is a privately owned, patient and quality centered practice. We are looking for a 3rd associate dentist at our Penn Township Location, located roughly 5 minutes from the Irwin Turnpike, and about 30 minutes from Pittsburgh. We are looking to fill a full time position, but would be open to Part-time applicants as well. The office has been at the current location for over 20 years, with the current owner in his 8th year. The associate dentist is in his third year at this location. We are also in the process of transitioning a 2nd location due to a retirement in the Latrobe area, so that location could be a consideration if it is preferred. Mix of FFS and PPO, no medicaid, HMO's or managed plans.
Our office is fully digital with a CBCT, cerec system, medit scanner, 5 axis open mill, diode, erbium, and ndyag laser. All aspects of general dentistry are performed. Mentorship is available, future buy-in opportunities as well. Upcoming graduates encouraged to apply.
Per day and minimal salary guarantee. Per pay period, will pay either higher of the per day rate or percent of collections. Rates negotiable based on experience. No lab bill to the doctor. Malpractice insurance paid and option for simple IRA match. Continuing education paid as long as approved ahead of time.
