Professional Opportunity: Associate Dentist

I am writing to inquire whether one of the recent or impending graduates of your program may be a match for a unique associate position available at my solo dental practice in Fairlawn, Ohio. I graduated from Loyola University School of Dentistry in 1993 and completed a GPR program at the University of Rochester, at the Genesee Hospital in 1994. Since then, I’ve taught dental residents, dental students and hygienists as a part time faculty at the University of Washington, school of dentistry and Lake Washington community college in Kirkland, WA as well as Summa hospital dental residency program in Akron, OH. I have also worked closely with local professionals and the ADA delegate over a decade ago to establish the first dental residency program, at Summa hospital in Akron. I have a well-established private practice since 1999 at the border of Akron and Fairlawn, Ohio which enjoys a very good reputation within community. At our new state-of-the-art office that has just been expanded and renovated we provide comprehensive family and cosmetic dental care, to patients of all ages with a strict focus on optimal functional occlusion. We take pride in our constant focus on continued dental education, dedication and commitment to professional growth and improvement based on understanding the science and fundamentals of dental occlusion. Finally, we use the cutting-edge technologies in the best interest of our patients to successfully and sustainably resolve and manage their dental problems.
With the recent expansion and the latest in technology in place, I am looking for an associate with strong clinical, as well as communication skills, interested in continuing education, and genuine care for patients to join our team. We pride ourselves in our long-term relationship with our patients, and the longevity of our staff, who have worked in this practice for many years.

The position offers mentorship in all areas of the practice, and is expected to lead to a long-term partnership. I am personally a strong advocate of continuing education and lifelong learning, and our new associate will be fully supported in keeping up with the latest in research, technology and advances in dentistry.
