Full time or part-time associate position available at this busy, two-location General Practice in the Reading area. Practice is fully digital with latest technology, including intraoral scanning, 3D printing, in-office milling, and CBCT. Practice offers all general dentistry procedures plus implant placements and IV sedation. Open to all experience levels. Mentorship opportunity and attractive compensation package
Practice is PPO and FFS office. No evenings or weekends. The candidate will be joining three other practicing dentists at this location. Owner dentist practices full-time, as well, in addition to the two existing long-term associates who will continue to be part of the practice. Candidate will walk into a full schedule of patients and be able to practice at their own pace. Our office also recently opened up its own dental lab located within the practice allowing us to mill, 3d print, and digitally design most of our services in order to keep lab fees down and have control over the superior products we deliver.
Income range $200,000-$300,000 based on collections. Minimum guarantee for first 90 days

This is a full-time or part-time on-site role for an Associate Dentist with Dental Arts of Wyomissing / Dental Arts of Bernville located in Wyomissing, PA. The Associate Dentist will be responsible for examining and diagnosing patients, performing general dentistry procedures such as fillings, root canals, extractions, and crown placements, and educating patients on oral health and hygiene. Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited dental school
Active state dental license in Pennsylvania
Experience in general dentistry including restorative, surgical and endodontic procedures with knowledge of sedation
Proficient in the use of dental technology and software
Excellent manual dexterity and clinical skills
Ability to educate patients on oral health and hygiene in a clear and concise manner
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively
