Join a fixed 1-2 year residency

Eventually every dentist hits an earnings ceiling because there are only so many hours of production you can do each day. Further scale your earnings through ownership opportunities in our dental group after completing the residency program.

Compensation & Benefits
- $150K guaranteed salary
- $20K relocation sign-on bonus for 2 year commitment, $10K for 1 year commitment
- Flexible schedule: 3.5 days on, 3.5 days off
- Additional collections bonus with advanced productivity

- $5K outside CE scholarship / student loan reimbursement
