Professional Opportunity: Dental Associate

Expanding Westmoreland County General Dentist Office looking for a general dentist associate. Currently, one primary location with 5 ops (Irwin Area) with two full time dentists transitioning a second location in Westmoreland County 7 ops (Latrobe area). Looking for a dentist with a PA license who demonstrates empathy towards patient care while still focusing on quality. Primary owner willing to mentor while working towards expanding to a third location (Murrysville/Delmont area)
Primary location has a CBCT, cad-cam milling unit (ceramill motion 2/exocad), intraoral scanner, digital radiographs, diode laser, and paperless charting. Secondary location utilizes hard tissue lasers as well as CEREC for same-day dentistry. All aspects of general dentistry are performed including but not limited to endodontics, implants, clear aligner orthodontics, surgery, botox and TMJ therapy, and prosthodontics. Mix between PPO and FFS, no Medicaid.
Compensation includes Salary/Minimum Daily Rate, Percent of collections, PTO, IRA match, Continuing Education and Malpractice insurance credit, no lab fee charges. Primary location is roughly 6 minutes from the Irwin interchange of the PA turnpike, or about 25 miles (35 minutes) from downtown Pittsburgh. 2nd location is closer to the Laurel Mountains with an abundance of outdoor activities.
