Our forty-eight-year-old general dentistry practice has sustained, grown, and remained strong following the retirement of the initial owner, and we continue to be excited for the future! We have been preparing for the arrival of the right associate to join our team by building the most supportive environment to make sure our next associate has a seamless transition and feels right at home.

Our FFS practice model succeeds in our blended rural area, and we are happy to serve a wide range of demographics and provide specialized attention to each patient.
We have both successfully progressed from associate to partner using an established methodology of practice transition, and we hope to someday mentor the right associate into partnership as well.

• $650 daily rate guarantee
• 30% of office net collections if production exceeds base pay
• $6,000/yr. for healthcare expenses
• $4,000 reimbursement for CE & malpractice
• Approximate total compensation package $130,000-150,000 with potential for greater earning
