Malpractice ins. is provided by the corp., group health insurance, and term-life insurance, dental benefits and CE loans which are subject to repayment (pro-rated) if associate leaves prior to 6 years. There are no office related costs passed on to associates (EX: staff wages, lab fees etc.) During first 12 months, there will be an introductory salary. If the benchmark for production is exceeded a commission % of adjusted production will be paid, whichever is greater (salary or the commission).
