We're looking for someone who has an interest in providing care to Sturbridge Residents and those from neighboring communities. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to join a practice that truly serves it's own community, and prides itself on building lifelong relationships with it's patients/families and the community itself.
We're open to experienced candidates as well as those right out of Dental School and/or Residency as we can provide mentoring and a supportive atmosphere to those who need it. We envision the position starting at 3 days per week but quickly building to 4-5 days per week once your schedule starts to get busier. We have a wonderful team of Dentists, Hygienists, Assistants and Administrative Staff who will help you succeed in this role. We promote a cohesive and team oriented atmosphere, and are looking for someone who will thrive in that sort of atmosphere.
We can provide competitive pay as well as a strong benefits package. We're open relatively standard weekday hours with no evenings or weekends which allow for a nice work/life balance.
