Spa Creek Health is seeking general dentist(s) to serve geriatric patients throughout Pennsylvania. We arrange on-site dental services to occur within senior living communities across Virginia and Pennsylvania. We operate entirely within these communities and pride ourselves in our dedication to this underserved patient population.
This a great opportunity for you to join a mobile dental practice with no investment and with none of the challenges of running a business. That means you won't have to worry about leasing an office, purchasing equipment, managing inventory costs, or dealing with personnel issues. You only have to focus on providing excellent personalized care for the patients, while our highly trained back office provides everything else including patient scheduling, medical record maintenance, billing and collections, and managing our portable equipment and supplies.
This is also an opportunity to give back to a generation that needs care and has trouble accessing it. Many of our clinicians have dealt with family members or loved ones going through the challenges of arranging care for senior living community members. We are proud to be a part of solving this challenge for thousands of families throughout the mid-Atlantic.
Compensation includes a daily base minimum of $500 or a percentage of production (not contingent upon collections)
Daily range of $500.00 - $800.00 per day
All travel expenses paid
Position Details:
General dentist(s) needed in both Southeastern PA counties and western PA (Pittsburgh) counties
Current active dental license
This role requires a willingness to travel to communities within the counties that we provide services
We use our own network of dentists to cover in case of a call-out/emergency, meaning that if a dentist in a neighboring county calls out, you may be asked to cover for them and vice-versa.
COVID-19 Details
Senior living communities have been particularly affected by this pandemic. We predominantly work in personal care (assisted living) and memory care communities, which although still quite affected, were not nearly as devastated as long-term care (skilled nursing) communities. Still, we are very aware and conscientious about our responsibility to keep ourselves and our patients safe, and therefore we have thorough and detailed infection control policies and protocols in place.
Full policy and procedures will be distributed to interested candidates upon application.
All new hires will be required to undergo training on these guidelines and our PPE donning and doffing procedures.
