The School of Dental Medicine Office of Faculty Affairs (OFA) is dedicated to supporting the faculty in achieving excellence and recognition in all mission areas of teaching, research, and service. Initiatives that support work-life balance, diversity, equity, and inclusion within the faculty community.
Faculty Recognition and Awards
Administration of honors and recognition programs to celebrate faculty achievement and service.

Addressing and managing faculty grievances in a fair and timely manner.
