Guaranteed Admissions 8-Year Program
Eligibility is based on your intended major and high school academic record; you will be automatically reviewed for these programs. Consideration for the Dental Guarantee, however, is a multi-step process. The University of Pittsburgh Office of Admissions and Financial Aid will do an initial review for students who meet the high school achievement requisites. Those who do will be asked by the School of Dental Medicine Office of Admissions to submit supplemental information in support of their candidacy. Students selected for the guarantee based on their submissions will be notified by the School of Dental Medicine Office of Admissions. Additional Guaranteed Admit Program (GAP) requirements are listed here below.
Requirements to apply as an incoming undergraduate freshman
- Indicate Pre-Dentistry on admissions application.
